Overview

  Silicon carbide electric heating elements are rod-shaped, non-metallic high-temperature heating components made from high-quality green silicon carbide as the primary raw material. They are produced through a series of processes including machining, high-temperature silicification, and recrystallization. Compared with metallic heating elements, these components feature higher operating temperatures, excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, minimal deformation, and ease of installation and maintenance. Consequently, they are widely used in various high-temperature electric furnaces and other electric heating devices across industries such as magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, ceramics, glass, metallurgy, and mechanical engineering.

  Our silicon carbide electric heating elements employ a new cold-end manufacturing process, featuring an excellent thermal-to-cold-end resistance ratio, energy efficiency, and long service life. At the same time, this process avoids damage to the furnace body caused by excessively high temperatures at the cold end.
